Welcome to Nirbi, a platform that connects local sellers to buyers within the community. By signing up as a seller, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of the Nirbi marketplace.

1. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must accurately list and describe their products, including pricing, condition, and availability. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and ensuring the goods are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

2. Commission and Fees

Nirbi charges an 8% commission on all sales.

Shipping costs are set by the vendor and charged to the customer. The shipping cost charged to the customer is reimbursed to the vendor.

3. Payment Schedule

Nirbi will issue payouts to sellers in a timely manner, minus the 8% commission.

Sellers must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date in order to receive timely payouts.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Nirbi calculates shipping costs based on the weight of the items as outlined above.

The seller is responsible for ensuring that the shipping method selected aligns with the customer’s choice during checkout.

Sellers must provide tracking information for all shipped orders to ensure transparency with buyers.

5. Product Listings and Content

All product listings must comply with Nirbi's guidelines, which include but are not limited to legal, ethical, and accurate representations of the products sold.

Nirbi reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these guidelines or that are deemed inappropriate or misleading. Posting products that are obscene in nature will result in removal of the seller from the Nirbi platform.

6. Account Termination

Nirbi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for any breach of these terms, including but not limited to fraud, customer complaints, or failure to comply with shipping or product listing requirements.

7. Modifications

Nirbi may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

By creating an account and selling on Nirbi, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair and transparent marketplace for all users.
